Network is made up of fully functional independent networks functioning at business segment and/or site level.The employers can invite their current and former workers or contractors to join the network. The network contains the prior job history and job profile of these workers. The employers can create guilds/groups within private network that can span multiple subnetworks and represent the workers that have similar skills and experience. The workers in these groups have certain threshold of match on skills that adds them to specific skill group. The minimum required skillset match threshold is one of the attribute of the group.
Employers can hire and rehire workers from this network without having to go through strenuous and long hiring process. Gignav further reduces employer’s time and cost overhead associated with hiring by using data science and AI models on top of work history data of members of this network to match the jobs with workers and use their prior job performance to determine their value add and range of pay rate. Once hired these workers make up the resources (human resources) available to the employer at the network level and can be assigned to one or more teams and jobs.
