Frequently Asked Questions
What is an active user ?
In addition to account owner(s), and managers, all workers(employees, freelancers and contractors) that are assigned a job are counted as active users till the end of job. You can reassign worker licenses to other workers if they are not working on any job. You can have as many workers in your talent network as you want. There is no cost for adding connections and soliciting workers.
What are floating worker subscriptions ?
Worker licenses for employees, freelancers or contractors, are not tied to any specific worker. You can assign licenses to any workers as long as you don’t run out of your licenses. If you need additional licenses, you can them in Account Summary tab with two click process.
How do I cancel account ?
You can cancel anytime by going to settings>account>cancel account.
You can can also reopen your cancelled account by www.gignav.com and click on “ReOpen” the account.
Can one active user do multiple jobs at sametime ?
There is no restriction on number of jobs a worker can do at same time as long as he has been assigned one license.
How long my free account is valid?
Free tier Freelancer account is valid till cancelled. Business account have trial period of two weeks with full feature access and unlimited access with limited set of features.
Is there restriction on storage ?
Free tiers have 2GB storage restriction and files may be deleted anytime without notice. Paid worker account has 10GB restriction. Paid business accounts have 50GB restrictions. Additional storage can be added on request.
